There's so many tutorials on YouTube for muscle ups that it's hard to know which one to watch.
What we've found is that most of them don't teach you how to develop the strength you need to be able to get your first muscle up.
Rather they focus on the technique, assuming that you already have the required strength.
In this tutorial you will learn how to do a false grip hold, gymnastics rings hold, transition and finally the elusive muscle up.
Perfect for beginners, however, have a good chin up or pull up is a pre-requisite for this movement.
